Hi Friend
Thanks for the last comments, we are going to celebrate our first Toyama Ryu Tameshigiri tournament at the Island in companion with kendo practitioners from whole Island, This one is just a regional tournament, and next we are planning the National Tameshigiri Cup an open invitational one for all US States. So we keep you informed about that arrangements for January-February 2011.

Yours in Budo

Thanks Rawn! I hope Saruta Sensei is OK. I sent an e-mail about 2 weeks ago but he has not responded as of yet. If John shihan has yen fees for Nidan and Sandan, I would apprieciate the info passed along.

We will post some fresh stuff online as soon as I get it together.

His name is Sensei Salvatore Forestieri, I have yet to actually attend his class, however I have spoken to him over the phone. I am so unbelievably excited for Friday, because honestly I would have studied Kenjutsu a long time ago if I had known a place nearby that taught it.

Sensei,
Sylvia and Aireona (a new member who has come the last few Wed.) wanted to know if they could get some info on parts of the sword, history of Batto-do, etc. Could you make them packets like you did for the other members at the beginning of the semester? Thanks.
