Hello,
I happened across this site semi-accidentally, but thought I would join.
I trained in Ryuseiken for a shot time before graduating from CFHS, and I have probably forgotten more than I remember.

Trying to place a face to your name from the students over the years. I'm still teaching there at CFHS and so is Andrew Dicenso now.
